LORRIE FELD
 
Lorrie moved to Arizona in 2002 and started her real estate career at that time. She was brought up in NY and then spent 24 years in Los Angeles where she designed and manufactured women’s clothing. Her desire to become a Realtor finally came to fruition when she moved to Arizona. She saw the growth potential of the market there and wanted to be influential in her clients profiting from their investments.
 
She has been described by her clients as hard-working, reliable, trustworthy, honest, patient and always willing to “go the extra mile” to assure the best possible results for her clients. She has been known to deliver boxes for their move, help run her client’s garage sales and even throw housewarming parties when they move in. She has a knack for listening and truly understanding her clients needs which is why 90% of her business comes from referrals.

She has received her ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation and her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and CDPE (Certified Distress Property Expert). Her next goal will be to achieve her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. She believes that you can never learn enough in this business. It is important to continue to educate yourself in order to protect your client’s number one asset, their home, as well as any other real estate investments they may own or buy. 

The asset that is most precious to Lorrie is the respect her clients have for her.
JOE KAMINSKY
 
Joe moved to Arizona from New Jersey in 1996, and has been involved in real estate since 1998. Joe is involved in working with several charities in Arizona and is also an avid road biker and hiker.

His ability to get deals done where they are WIN-WIN propositions for all parties involved is one of his many strong suits. He is active in the residential and land markets. Joe has also developed a 32 unit town home project in Show Low, Arizona. He enjoys working with move up buyers, those individuals who are looking for that unique home, as well as anyone seeking investment opportunities in the REO and Short Sale markets. The ability to market residential properties in all types of markets is an opportunity Joe relishes.

Joe is one of the few real estate consultants that holds the special designation of Certified Scottsdale Real Estate Specialist. He also has achieved his CDPE (Certified Distress Property Expert) in order to help those that are facing difficult times being under water based on current valuations. He has also earned the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation.

 When he’s not working he enjoys spending time with his family especially his two young granddaughters. As one of his clients recently remarked, “Joe’s ability to keep a deal together along with his sharp wit and sense of humor made buying our home in Scottsdale a lot of fun. He really helped us manage our angst during the whole buying process.”
